Yongle Chen, born in Chongqing in 1944, from Fenghua, Zhejiang.  In 1982 he was appointed as the director of the art room of the mass art centers and the librarian of Research Institute of Culture and History in Yunnan. And he was engaged in print, heavy color painting, ink painting.
